SEDIMENT & CARBON FILTER SET INSTALLATION GUIDE Watch the tutorial video below for further help. Inline Sediment & Carbon Filter Installation Guide Step-by-Step Installation Process Turn Off Water Supply & Power Shut off the water supply and disconnect power to the RO system. Relieve Pressure Open the RO faucet to release any water pressure in the lines. Locate Old Inline Filters Identify the inline sediment filter and inline carbon filter in your RO system. Disconnect Tubes from Old Filters Push the collet ring on the push-fit connector inward. Gently pull the tube out from both ends of the old filter. Remove Old Filters Take out the old filters and discard them properly. Check Flow Direction Each new filter has an arrow indicating water flow. Make sure you align it correctly. Connect Tubes to New Filters Insert the tube firmly into the push-fit connector until it locks. Slightly pull back to ensure it’s secured. Double-Check Connections Confirm that both filters are installed in the correct sequence: Sediment filter first Carbon filter next Turn On Water Supply Slowly turn on water and check for leaks at the connections. Flush the Filters Allow water to flow for 10–15 minutes to remove any loose carbon particles before drinking. Important Note Our inline sediment and carbon filters are brand-new, quality-tested, and 100% defect-free. If your RO system does not work properly after installation, possible reasons include: Incorrect filter flow direction Loose or improperly inserted tubes in push-fit connectors Clogged or exhausted RO membrane (if TDS remains high) Low input water pressure Other faulty components like pump or flow restrictor Tutorial Video:

RO MEMBRANE INSTALLATION GUIDE Step-by-Step Installation Process Watch the tutorial video below for further help. Turn Off Water Supply & Power Shut off the water supply and disconnect the power to your RO system. Relieve Pressure Open the faucet to release any pressure inside the system. Locate the Membrane Housing Find the cylindrical membrane housing, usually on the top part of your RO system. Open the Housing Cap Use a wrench if needed. Be careful not to damage the O-rings. Remove the Old Membrane Pull out the old RO membrane using pliers if necessary. Dispose of it properly. Clean the Housing Rinse the inside of the housing to remove dirt and debris. Insert the New RO Membrane Push the new membrane inside firmly until it is seated correctly. Ensure the end with two O-rings goes in first. Close the Housing Cap Tighten securely but do not overtighten to avoid cracks. Reconnect and Check for Leaks Turn the water supply back on, reconnect power, and inspect for leaks. Flush the System Allow water to run through the system for at least 30 minutes to flush out any preservatives before drinking. Important Note Our RO membranes are brand-new, factory-tested, and 100% defect-free. If your system does not perform as expected, common reasons include: Incorrect installation (membrane not fully seated) Clogged pre-filters or post-filters Low water pressure or faulty pump Damaged flow restrictor or check valve High TDS or very hard water requiring additional treatment Worn-out or damaged O-rings causing leaks Tutorial Video:
